Globalization is the integration of political, economic, and cultural systems on a global scale. There is great disagreement about globalization and whether it’s effects are primarily positive or negative for the world today. In this lesson, you used your tools as a historian to develop your own interpretation of the impact of globalization on our world today, and in the future, including the spread of democracy and human rights, the impact of technology, the impact of economic integration, and the effects for our physical planet.
